    Add water to premix to make a batter and pan fry like a pancake. These are savoury so go best with a savoury topping

    LENbites - A blend of ground lentils with aromatic spices to make crunchy nuggets, burger patties, un-meatballs, wellington and many more easy meals.

    Add water to the premix to make a soft paste. Pan fry little dollops to make nuggets or make burger size patties.

Together with her husband, Pallav, she creates easy-to-cook, premixes using locally grown Australian lentils, blending culinary expertise with innovative vision to bring healthy, delicious meals to every plate.
