How to use our premixes

    LENcakes -A blend of prebiotic green mung bean flour with spices to make savoury pancakes for a healthy protein breakfast or as a pizza base.

    Add water to premix to make a batter and pan fry like a pancake. These are savoury so go best with a savoury topping

    LENbites - A blend of ground lentils with aromatic spices to make crunchy nuggets, burger patties, un-meatballs, wellington and many more easy meals.

    Add water to the premix to make a soft paste. Pan fry little dollops to make nuggets or make burger size patties.

Simply Lentils is a proudly Australian family-owned business founded by Manjula Mishra. A chef and entrepreneur with over 15 years of
experience, Manjula combines her culinary expertise with an innovative vision to create easy-to-cook premixes using locally grown Australian lentils.

Supported by her husband, Pallav, and their son, Priam, Simply Lentils is truly a family effort. From developing recipes to packing orders and meeting customers at farmers' markets, every product is made with the same care we'd put into feeding our own family.
