LENbites Onion Bhaji
Crispy Onion Bhajis with LENbites
Ingredients
- LENbites premix – 60g
- Red onion – 60g (thinly sliced)
- Water – 50-60ml
- Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Fresh green chilies – optional (finely chopped)
- Cooking oil – 2-4 tbsp
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix LENbites premix, sliced onion, fresh coriander, and water until it forms a thick, paste-like mixture. Add green chilies if desired for extra spice.
- Heat 2-4 tbsp of oil in a non-stick frypan over medium heat.
- Scoop 1 tbsp of the mixture and gently place it in the pan. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon for even cooking.
- Fry until golden brown on one side (2-3 minutes), then flip and cook the other side until crisp and cooked through.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup, mint chutney, or your favorite dipping sauce.
