At Simply Lentils, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
Returns & Refunds
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- The incorrect product was supplied.
- The product is missing from your order.
- The product is deemed unsafe or unfit for consumption due to a manufacturing issue.
Reporting an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery by emailing us at enquiry@simplylentils.com.au
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging, where applicable.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect selections made by the customer, or if you simply do not like the taste of the product.
Delivery Issues
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping provider to investigate and resolve the issue.
Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Simply Lentils cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
